Markus Mäki

Interim CEO, Chief Product Officer & Director

Thank you, and welcome everyone—on my behalf as well. We are wrapping up a truly fascinating year for Remedy Entertainment, so let us reflect on the key milestones and achievements that shaped it.

Beginning with the financial highlights for the fourth quarter, we recorded revenue of EUR 17 million, reflecting substantial growth. This figure placed us very near our all-time high for a single quarter, though it fell just short of setting a new record. Our EBITDA reached EUR 3.9 million, while EBIT came in at a positive EUR 0.7 million. Cash flow, however, showed a slight negative compared to the prior period.

Among the significant events in Q4, we experienced a leadership transition, including the change in our CEO and Chairman of the Board positions. I stepped into the role of Interim CEO, and Henri Osterlund assumed the position of Chairman of the Board. Additionally, we introduced a fresh option plan for our employees covering 2025. We also launched a share repurchase initiative, acquiring 50,000 of our own shares as part of efforts to optimize our capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
